In PlaySkills students are led to learn how they learn. They are engaged in many different basic skill building activities to help them understand the learning process. In class, students see their own growth as time goes and they’re able to understand more of their capability. Self-esteem grows as students witness their own ability to develop. This allows students to be more comfortable in their own skin, more brave expressing themselves, which speeds up the development of social skills, benefitting them for life.

This program is designed to encourage students to begin understanding themselves, to be themselves, while remaining respectful to others. Ultimately, we want children to increase their ability to create positive daily social interactions and experiences for themselves and others, so they’re able to grow and become socially and mentally fit individuals.
